Merchant-Initiated Payment Agreement
By electing to use your PayPal® account to make a purchase through Alphabet Mobile Apps or Ads you are agreeing to the Merchant-Initiated Payment billing agreement through PayPal®. This billing agreement establishes a relationship between you and Alphabet Local through PayPal® and allows you to authorize Alphabet Local Mobile Ads to withdraw funds for payment of purchases you make at our site directly from your PayPal® account.
